Valerie and I enjoyed a belated Happy Birthday celebration at one of our favorite dining spots (which just happens to be on the water) called "Circles" at Apollo Beach, FL. Some of the very best Filet Mignons you will every have served with roasted zuchinni, corn and tomatoes and topped off with the very best Key Lime pie you have every had made from scratch.
